I was almost ready to write a glowing review, but this hotel really fell short with its dirty rooms and the hard beds. I mean, how hard is it to ask for a lift to the second floor? The stress of it all left me expecting some form of compensation, but no such luck. Just disappointing.

It was a balanced option for a lightning stop in Patong with great value. The option of choosing when to have the room cleaned was perfect for relaxing a bit more. Bring your own iron, since they don't have any on site.

Our experience here was awesome, especially with the clean rooms and the super fast Wi-Fi! They offered nice spots to relax, like a cozy lounge area and a peaceful garden. The only minor downside was the mattress being a bit small, but it was still comfortable enough. 😊

Good location, very quiet!

I stayed at Ruen Buathong Boutique Hotel Patong Beach for 4 nights and really enjoyed my time there. The location is fantastic, just a leisurely 5-7 minute walk to Patong Beach. The hotel also offers wonderful amenities like free beach towels and 24-hour free coffee and tea downstairs. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to assist me, adding a personal touch to my stay.

The location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach, yet nestled in a quiet area that ensures a peaceful night’s sleep. The exceptional cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, as was the availability of fresh farm-to-table coffee and tea at all hours. However, the air conditioning in my room could have been better, and there were limited amenities compared to larger hotels.

It was just a suitable option for a city holiday in Patong with great value for the money. The staff were always friendly and even helped me with local dining recommendations that worked out great. Remember to explore the nearby shops and street food for an authentic experience.
